Therapies
Different adjunctive therapies may be used in this office including:

Using high quality materials, shaped and crafted to your individual feet, these orthotics are an extremely effective way in reducing back pains and other forms of pain typically related to foot conditions.
About Us
Meet Dr. Riess
Dr. Steven M Riess is extremely familiar with this area because he grew up in Plainview. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Oneonta, and his Doctoral training at New York Chiropractic College, where he was named to Outstanding Young Men of America. In 1983
Dr. Riess established a practice in Bergen County, NJ. He has given lectures throughout the community, set up blood pressure screenings, and had articles published. He has worked extensively with athletes – from professional to the "weekend warrior."
Dr. Steven M Riess has received certification from the NJ Chiropractic Society concerning Scoliosis Determination Procedures and from the Motion Palpation Institute. He continues regularly to go to seminars to stay up–to-date with the latest information regarding chiropractic. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, a member of the American Chiropractic Association, and member of the New York State Chiropractic Association. He holds licenses in both New York and New Jersey.
He is also an active member in the Plainview-Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce and can be seen playing basketball at the Plainview Y JCC, where he is always one of the top ten players in the morning games.
